Ingredients

2eggs
1banana
cooking spray

Directions

  1. Mash the banana until it has a pudding-like consistency with only a few, small lumps.
  2. Add eggs, whisk until mixed thoroughly
  3. Heat a greased pan on medium heat
  4. Drop about 2 tbsp of batter onto the pan per pancake. Cook in batches as required, flipping when browned.
