Two Ingredient Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
2 | eggs |
1 | banana |
cooking spray |
Directions
- Mash the banana until it has a pudding-like consistency with only a few, small lumps.
- Add eggs, whisk until mixed thoroughly
- Heat a greased pan on medium heat
- Drop about 2 tbsp of batter onto the pan per pancake. Cook in batches as required, flipping when browned.
