Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients
| 3 cups | sweet potatoes |
| 1/2 cup | white sugar |
| 2 | eggs, beaten |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 cup | butter or margarine, melted |
| 1/2 cup | milk |
| 1 1/2 tsp | vanilla |
Topping
| 1/2 cup | brown sugar |
| 1/3 cup | flour |
| 1/3 cup | butter or margarine, melted |
| 1 cup | chopped pecans |
Directions
- Cook sweet potatoes. Mash.
- Add next six ingredients. Stir together and place in casserole dish.
- Mix topping ingredients together. Spread over sweet potato mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes or until browned.
