|1 1/2 lbs||boneless pork, cubed|
|1 - 14 oz can||pineapple chunks|
|1/2 tsp||garlic powder|
|2 Tbsp||corn starch|
|1/3 cup||cold water|
- Cook meat in frying pan until brown and well cooked.
- Mix sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, vinegar and garlic powder in bowl. Add to meat and bring to a boil.
- Stir in cornstarch and cook until thickened.
- Add pineapple chunks.
- Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
