Sweet & Sour Pork
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lbs | boneless pork, cubed |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 1/3 cup | ketchup |
| 1 - 14 oz can | pineapple chunks |
| 1/4 cup | vinegar |
| 1/2 tsp | garlic powder |
| 2 Tbsp | corn starch |
| 1/3 cup | cold water |
Directions
- Cook meat in frying pan until brown and well cooked.
- Mix sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, vinegar and garlic powder in bowl. Add to meat and bring to a boil.
- Stir in cornstarch and cook until thickened.
- Add pineapple chunks.
- Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
