Sweet & Sour Pork

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbsboneless pork, cubed
1/2 cupsugar
1/3 cupketchup
1 - 14 oz canpineapple chunks
1/4 cupvinegar
1/2 tspgarlic powder
2 Tbspcorn starch
1/3 cupcold water

Directions

  1. Cook meat in frying pan until brown and well cooked.
  2. Mix sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, vinegar and garlic powder in bowl. Add to meat and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in cornstarch and cook until thickened.
  4. Add pineapple chunks.
  5. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
