|1 lb||round eye steak|
|4 tbsp||soy sauce|
|4 tbsp||white sugar|
|4 tbsp||vegetable oil|
|2||cloves garlic, minced|
|2 tbsp||sesame seeds|
- Mix soy sauce, sugar, oil, garlic, and green onion in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Cut steak into strips and add to bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Cook in wok or frying pan until brown. Add sesame seeds and cook for and additional 2 minutes.
Replace the sugar with sucralose (e.g. Splenda) or stevia, using the substitution on the package.
With vegetables and noodles: Double or triple the sauce, cook the meat with 1/3 of it. Set the cooked meat/sauce aside and stir-fry the vegetables with the rest of the sauce. Add noodles and meat, stir together and heat, serve.
