Satay sauce
Ingredients
about 1/2 cup | peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter |
1 or 2 tbsp | soy sauce |
a little | lime juice |
some | onion powder or finely diced green onions |
some | garlic of some form (fresh, paste, powder) |
1 can | coconut milk |
or | if no coconut milk, ~1/2 cup milk & 1/4 cup yogurt |
some | chili flakes or chinese chili paste |
some | water |
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Add to food (e.g. to stir-fried veggies and meat)
