Rhubarb Cake
Ingredients
| 5 cups | rhubarb, cut up |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 1 pkg | strawberry jello |
| 3 cups | white mini marshmallows |
| 1 pkg | white cake mix |
Directions
- Spread cut up rhubarb into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle sugar, jello and marshmallows over rhubarb. Prepare cake mix and pour over rhubarb mixture.
- Bake for 45 - 60 minutes.
