Raspberry Coconut Tarts
Ingredients
raspberry jam | |
2 | eggs |
3/4 cup | sugar |
1 tsp | cornstarch |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 cup | margarine, melted |
1 Tbsp | lemon juice |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1 1/2 cups | coconut |
12 | tart shells |
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except jam together.
- Spoon 1/2 tsp jam into each tart shell.
- Pour mixture into tart shells.
- Bake 15 -20 minutes or until brown.
