Raspberry Coconut Tarts

Ingredients

raspberry jam
2eggs
3/4 cupsugar
1 tspcornstarch
1/4 tspsalt
1/4 cupmargarine, melted
1 Tbsplemon juice
1 tspvanilla
1 1/2 cupscoconut
12tart shells

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except jam together.
  2. Spoon 1/2 tsp jam into each tart shell.
  3. Pour mixture into tart shells.
  4. Bake 15 -20 minutes or until brown.
