|1/3 cup||pureed pumpkin|
|2 Tbsp||melted butter|
|1/4 cup||crushed pecans|
|1 1/4 cup||flour|
|2 tsp||baking powder|
- In a large bowl, stir together milk, pumpkin, butter and egg.
- In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients.
- In a hot skillet with small amount of butter, pour batter into desired size of pancake. Cook approx. 3 minutes per side.
