Pumpkin Cream Cheese Loaf
Ingredients
| 4 oz | cream cheese |
| 1/4 cup | margarine |
| 1 1/4 cup | sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 cup | canned pumpkin |
| 1 3/4 cup | flour |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 1/4 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1/4 tsp | ground cloves |
| 1/2 cup | chopped nuts |
Directions
- Cream together softened cream cheese, margarine and sugar.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add pumpkin.
- In another bowl combine rest of the ingredients. Pour all at once into batter. Stir.
- Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 60 - 70 minutes.
