Ingredients
15-18 cups | popped popcorn |
2 cups | brown sugar |
1/2 cup | corn syrup |
1 cup | butter |
1/2 tsp | baking soda |
1/4 tsp | cream of tartar |
peanuts, if desired |
Directions
- In a small saucepan, boil brown sugar, corn syrup and butter for 5 mins, stirring constantly.
- Add baking soda and cream of tartar. Stir.
- Pour over popcorn.
- Put in oven for 1/2 hr. Stir every 10 mins.
