Lazy Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients
8 cups | shredded cabbage |
1 cup | long grain rice |
2 tsp | salt |
sprinkle | pepper |
2 cans | tomato soup |
2 cans | water |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 pkg | bacon, chopped |
Directions
- Fry bacon, then add onion, cooking until onion is soft.
- Make layers: cabbage, sprinkle of rice, soup/water mixture, onion/bacon mixture.
- Poke with fork.
- Halfway through cooking, stir.
- Cook for 1 hour.
