Lazy Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients
| 8 cups | shredded cabbage |
| 1 cup | long grain rice |
| 2 tsp | salt |
| sprinkle | pepper |
| 2 cans | tomato soup |
| 2 cans | water |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 1 pkg | bacon, chopped |
Directions
- Fry bacon, then add onion, cooking until onion is soft.
- Make layers: cabbage, sprinkle of rice, soup/water mixture, onion/bacon mixture.
- Poke with fork.
- Halfway through cooking, stir.
- Cook for 1 hour.
