Gingersnaps
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups | margarine |
| 2 cups | sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 cup | molasses |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 4 cups | flour |
| 2 tsp | baking powder |
| 4 tsp | baking soda |
| 2 tsp | ginger |
| 1 tsp | ground cloves |
Directions
- Cream first five ingredients together. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to the creamed mixture.
- Roll into small balls.
- Bake 10 minutes.
