|2 cups||graham crumbs|
|1/2 cup||margarine, melted|
|250 g||cream cheese|
|1 cup||crushed fruit|
|1 tub||cool whip|
- Mix crumbs and margarine together. Press into 9 x 13 pan.
- Cream sugar and cream cheese together. Mix in crushed fruit. You may use strawberries, raspberries, canned crushed pineapple etc. Fold in tub of cool whip. Spread over crust.
- Refrigerate until firm, then cut. You may also put in freezer until firm enough to cut.
