Curry Beef

Ingredients

2 1/2 lbsbeef, cubed
1/3 cupflour
1 Tbspoil
14 oz cancrushed pineapple, drained
14 oz cantomato sauce
14 oz canpeaches w/juice
1 mediumonion, chopped
1/2 cupraisins
1garlic clove, minced
1 Tbspbeef boullion powder
2 tspcurry powder
1/4 tsppepper
1/8 tspcardamon
1/8 tspground coriander
1/8 tspcumin

Directions

  1. Dredge beef in flour, then brown in oil.
  2. Put all ingredients into casserole dish or slow cooker. Stir.
  3. Cook in slow cooker on low for 8 - 10 hours, or high 4 - 5 hours. Cook in oven 1 1/2 hours

Notes

  1. Instead of last 5 spices, use curry paste to taste.
