Curry Beef
Ingredients
| 2 1/2 lbs | beef, cubed |
| 1/3 cup | flour |
| 1 Tbsp | oil |
| 14 oz can | crushed pineapple, drained |
| 14 oz can | tomato sauce |
| 14 oz can | peaches w/juice |
| 1 medium | onion, chopped |
| 1/2 cup | raisins |
| 1 | garlic clove, minced |
| 1 Tbsp | beef boullion powder |
| 2 tsp | curry powder |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |
| 1/8 tsp | cardamon |
| 1/8 tsp | ground coriander |
| 1/8 tsp | cumin |
Directions
- Dredge beef in flour, then brown in oil.
- Put all ingredients into casserole dish or slow cooker. Stir.
- Cook in slow cooker on low for 8 - 10 hours, or high 4 - 5 hours. Cook in oven 1 1/2 hours
Notes
- Instead of last 5 spices, use curry paste to taste.
