Cookies & Cream Cake

Ingredients

1 pkgwhite cake mix
1pkg (4serving)white chocolate instant pudding mix
1 cupvegetable oil
4egg whites
1/2 cupmilk
20oreos, coarsely chopped
1/2 cupchocolate chips
1 tspshortening
4oreos, quartered for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine cake mix, pudding, oil, milk and egg whites in bowl. Beat
  2. Stir in cookies and pour into bundt pan.
  3. Bake 50 -60 minutes.
  4. Cool in pan for 1 hour.
  5. Invert pan and cool completely.
  6. Combine chocolate chips and shortening. Melt in microwave.
  7. Drizzle over cake and garnish with cookies.
