Cookies & Cream Cake
Ingredients
1 pkg | white cake mix |
1pkg (4serving) | white chocolate instant pudding mix |
1 cup | vegetable oil |
4 | egg whites |
1/2 cup | milk |
20 | oreos, coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup | chocolate chips |
1 tsp | shortening |
4 | oreos, quartered for garnish |
Directions
- Combine cake mix, pudding, oil, milk and egg whites in bowl. Beat
- Stir in cookies and pour into bundt pan.
- Bake 50 -60 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 1 hour.
- Invert pan and cool completely.
- Combine chocolate chips and shortening. Melt in microwave.
- Drizzle over cake and garnish with cookies.
