Coconut Cookies
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups | white sugar |
3/4 cup | brown sugar |
2 cups | margarine |
2 | eggs |
2 tsp | vanilla |
2 1/4 cups | rolled oats |
2 3/4 cups | flour |
1 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
1 1/2 tsp | baking soda |
2 cups | coconut |
Directions
- Cream together both sugars and margarine.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Form into ball. Divide into quarters. Shape into 4 rolls. Cut 1 inch slices.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until light brown.
