Ingredients
| 1/4 cup (4tbsp) | flour |
| 1/4 cup | sugar |
| 2 tbsp | cocoa |
| pinch | cinnamon |
| 1 | egg |
| 3 tbsp | milk |
| 3 tbsp | vegetable oil |
| splash | vanilla extract |
| 1 | large coffee mug |
Variation #1 (no egg)
| 1/4 cup | flour |
| 1/4 cup | sugar |
| 2 tbsp | cocoa |
| pinch | salt |
| pinch | cinnamon |
| 1/4 cup | milk |
| 2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
| splash | vanilla extract |
| 1 | large coffee mug |
Directions
- Add dry ingredients to mug and mix.
- Add wet ingredients, mix.
- Microwave on high for up to 3 minutes (may take some experimentation)
Notes
- Variation #1 is less a ‘cake’ and more a ‘brownie’. It requires more careful microwave timing; 2 minutes 30 seconds seems to work f700 watt microwave.
