Cherry Dessert
Crust
2 1/2 cups | graham crumbs |
1/2 cup | margarine, melted |
2 Tbsp | sugar |
Filling
1 can | cherry pie filling |
2 cups | whipping cream |
4 cups | white mini marshmallows |
1/2 tsp | vanilla |
Directions
- Combine crumbs, margarine and sugar. Pat into 9 x 13 pan.
- Beat cream until stiff. Add vanilla. Fold in marshmallows. Freeze.
- When ready to serve, remove from freezer and top with cherry pie filling.
