Cherry Dessert

Crust

2 1/2 cupsgraham crumbs
1/2 cupmargarine, melted
2 Tbspsugar

Filling

1 cancherry pie filling
2 cupswhipping cream
4 cupswhite mini marshmallows
1/2 tspvanilla

Directions

  1. Combine crumbs, margarine and sugar. Pat into 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Beat cream until stiff. Add vanilla. Fold in marshmallows. Freeze.
  3. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and top with cherry pie filling.
