Ingredients
| 1 2/3 c | flour |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp | allspice |
| 1 c | pumpkin |
| 1/4 c | milk |
| 1/3 c | butter or margarine |
| 1 c | firmly pkd brown sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 Tbsp | flour |
| 1 c | blueberries |
Streusel topping
| 2 Tbsp | flour |
| 2 Tbsp | sugar |
| 1/4 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 Tbsp | butter or margarine |
Directions
- Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and allspice.
- In second bowl, combine pumpkin and milk until blended.
- In third bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg, beat until fluffy.
- Add flour mixture alternately with pumpkin mixture, beating well.
- Toss 1 Tbsp flour with blueberries and gently stir into batter.
- For Streusel Topping: mix flour, sugar and cinnamon together. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over muffins.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes.
