Blueberry Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

1 2/3 cflour
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsalt
1 tspcinnamon
1/2 tspallspice
1 cpumpkin
1/4 cmilk
1/3 cbutter or margarine
1 cfirmly pkd brown sugar
1egg
1 Tbspflour
1 cblueberries

Streusel topping

2 Tbspflour
2 Tbspsugar
1/4 tspcinnamon
1 Tbspbutter or margarine

Directions

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and allspice.
  2. In second bowl, combine pumpkin and milk until blended.
  3. In third bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg, beat until fluffy.
  4. Add flour mixture alternately with pumpkin mixture, beating well.
  5. Toss 1 Tbsp flour with blueberries and gently stir into batter.
  6. For Streusel Topping: mix flour, sugar and cinnamon together. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over muffins.
  7. Bake for 25-35 minutes.
